The location was good, but the property was dirty and cold. There were bed bugs in the bed. I woke up with a dozen bites on my body on the 2nd night. I would choose another hostel with a higher rating. |

Reception is very stuborn! You need to show your booking-confirmation copy to check-in, or you will have to go to the internet point to print out the document then come back to the hostel for check-in. |

Hotel was really cold even if there was an air conditioner in the room. I think the price is not so cheap for Florence, so the hotel could be better. |

It's a cheap place to stay. It offers quite good conditions comparing to the price. Moreover, it was a surprise that we got breakfast when we take in to consideration that we pay only 9 euros. |

The room was nice, but the toilet was very basic, and unhygienic. the lock of the door refused to open a lot of times and finally we had to climb out of the window. |

IT is a normal hotel, they have just started offering accomodation in sharerooms so they did not know waht to to when i arrived and at the end I have staied alone in a 3 beds room. it was cool becouse it was their mistaked but there is no lookers at all and the resepcion is in a diferent building. |

The hostel has a great location close to historical places. The staff was so friendly and kind. We rezerved 6 people room with shared bathroom but they gave us 4 people with bathroom and first night we were alone, at second night we were just 3. The breakfast was really good. I strongly recommend to the travelers of Florance. Thankssss. |

Reserved a 3 bed shared room, but due to reservation issues I got a double bed ensuite for the same price. Friendly staff. I would stay there again!! |

Our room was falling apart a bit, and the actual building was in a bad state. The staff were polite but not friendly. On one occasion we handed our passports in and we saw that they were left out in clear view for hours and when put away it was in a drawer without a lock. Having said that, it was fantastically cheap and 5 min walk from the city centre which was excellent. |
